I completed my Ph.D. in Mathematics at Northeastern University in May 2017. My advisor was Venkatramani Lakshmibai.

My research is focused on connections between algebraic geometry, representation theory, and combinatorics. In particular, I am interested in understanding the geometry of flag varieties and their schubert varieties via representation theoretic and combinatorial tools. I am also interested in straightening relations and their application to multiplicites of irreducible representations in plethysms and geometric complexity theory.
